Thirteen Paris Vandals is Jon Norton, a producer, mix engineer and remixer from Leeds, UK. His background spans bands, international music publishing, record labels, and global artist representation, giving him experience of the music world from almost every angle. He has written and produced music for film, theatre, and independent projects, and has collaborated with Grammy‑winning and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame artists through his industry work.
As Thirteen Paris Vandals, Jon creates downtempo, lounge, hip‑hop, and cinematic‑influenced music that focuses on atmosphere, restraint, and mood over spectacle.
